A Joy Filled Mt Rainier Wedding

An exciting weekend of lawn games, relaxation and friendship defined this Mt Rainier wedding at the lovely Wellspring Spa on Mt. Rainier. My favorite part of photographing weddings is getting to know couples on a personal level.

Beret and Paul could not be more delightful, generous and hilarious. They walk the talk, hiking and traveling and using every shred of creativity in their bones to help others. Paul is an inspired high school english teacher. Yup the kind they make movies about and Beret is a master gardener and community outreach coordinator for OSU’s GROW program. She works tirelessly to help people eat better and live healthier more active lives. Friendship is so important to these two and they filled their three-day wedding with hilarious and fun games and activities for their lucky guests. The food was hands on and delicious, the dancing went on long into the night and conversation was intoxicating.
